1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using burner3pro.app ("the Website") and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Product Description
Burner3 Pro is a digital awareness and educational product. It includes a downloadable digital sourcebook and access to a companion application designed to help users understand the wireless signals, devices, and network connections in their personal environment.
3. Intended Use
Our products are intended exclusively for lawful purposes, including but not limited to: personal digital awareness and education, parental oversight of minor children under your legal care, understanding and securing your own home network and property, and general digital literacy. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our products complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to use Burner3 Pro for: any activity that violates federal, state, or local laws; accessing devices, accounts, or networks without proper authorization; any purpose that infringes upon the rights or privacy of others; any activity that would constitute harassment or unlawful conduct. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user found to be in violation of these terms.
5. Purchase and Payment
All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. Prices are listed in US dollars.
6. Digital Delivery
Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download the Burner3 Pro sourcebook. Account credentials for accessing the companion application will be provided via email. Setup instructions are included within the sourcebook.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, including the sourcebook, companion application, branding, and website content, is the intellectual property of Burner3 Pro. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Burner3 Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results from using our products. The information provided is for educational purposes and results may vary based on individual circumstances, devices, and environmental factors.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Burner3 Pro be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website.
